BEGINNING at a point on the northeasterly side of The GrecnW!ly distant 157.00 feet northwesterly from
the extreme northwesterly end of an are of a curve COJUJCCting the northeasterly side of The Crescent and
the nonhcasterly side of The Greenway,
RUNNING THENCE along the northeasterly side of The Greenway, North 23 degrees 22 minutes 40 .
seconds West, 77.00 feet to a point located at the division line between lot #96 and lot #97 on the
aforementioned map;
THENCE along the aforementioned division line, North 66 degrees 37 minutes 20 seconds East 270.00 feet
to a point located at the division line between lot #97 on the aforementioned map and Open Space "C";
THENCE along the aforementioned division line, South 23 degrees 22 minutes 40 seconds East, 17.00 feet
to a point located at the division line between lot #97 on the aforementioned map and Open Space "C";

successon and assigns of the plII1y of the second part forever.
AND the party of the tint part covenants that thc plII1y of the rlJ'St part has not done or suffered anything
whereby thc said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND THE party of the rust part. in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party
of the lint part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold thc right to reccive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied fint for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement. and
will apply the same tint to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of
the same for any other purpose. Thc word "partyft shall be construed as if it read "partics" whenever the
sense of this indenture so requires.
