consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of
the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL THAT CERTAIN plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings thereon erected,
situate, lying and being at Orient, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New
York, known and designated as Plot No. 161 on a certain map entitled, "Map of Orient-By-
The Sea, Section Three, situated at Orient Point, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New
York, owned and developed by Woodhollow Properties Inc., #3 Glen Lane, Glenwood
Landing, New York, Otto W. Van Tuyl .& Son, Licensed Land Surveyors, Greenport, New
York" and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on October 16, 1974, as
Map No. 6160.

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by
deed from Armand De Luca and Irene De Luca dated December 8, 1998, and recorded in the
Suffolk County Clerk's Office on December 30, 1998, in Liber 11936 page 980.
This conveyance is made to modify the above-referenced deed from tenants in common to joint
tenants with right of survivorship.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any
streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER
with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said
premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second
part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
