on October 16, 1974, as Map No. 6160 and ABS No. 7703.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the grantors herein by deed dated
November 18, 1982, recorded December 3, 1982 in Liber 9279 page 450.
TOCETHER \\'ith all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part, in and to any streets and wads
