minutes 00 seconds west, 425.00 feet to a monument and lands late of Fleet and Manning;
THENCE along said lands, three (3) courses and distances as follows:
1) North 58 degrees 32 minutes 10 seconds west, 57.00 feet;
2) South 44 degrees 54 minutes 20 seconds east, 151.16 feet: to a monument;
3) North 58 degrees 32 minutes 10 seconds east, 35.00 feet to land late of Manning;
THENCE along said land south 47 degrees 04 minutes 00 seconds east, 273.92 feet to a
monument on the northerly side of Main Road;
THENCE along the northerly side of Main Road south 58 degre,es 32 minutes 10 seconds
west, 92.00 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
