BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the westerly
side of Nassau Point Road and the southerly side of Carpenter Road;
RUNNING THENCE South 20 degrees 10 minutes 30 seconds East. a tie
line along the westerly side of Nassau Point Road, 96.67 feet;
THENCE North 78 degrees 36 minutes 20 seconds West, 296.23 feet;
THENCE North 11 degrees 23 minutes 10 seconds West, 14,00 feet to
the southerly side of Carpenter Road;
THENCE North 62 degrees 27 minutes 00 seconds East, a tie line
along the southerly side of Carpenter Road, 293.05 feet tothe
