or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

New York known and designated as Plot No. 93 on a certain map entitled "Map of
Orient. By The Sea Section Two situate at Orient Point. Town of Southold Suffolk
COUOlty New York owned and developed by Woodhollow Properties Inc, 113 Glen Lane
Glem.ood Landing New York" and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk on October 26 1961 as Map No, 3444, ABS No, 3843 more particularly
bounded and described as follows.
BEGINNING al: a point on the northeasterly side of Plum Island Lane.. at the division
line between Lot 93 and 94 as shown on above mentioned map said point being the
southwest corner of lot 93;
RUNNING THENCE along said division line North 11 degrees 39 minutes 10 seconds
East 124,99 feet;
RUNNING THENCE South 78 degrees 20 minutes 20 seconds East 219 58 feet;
RUNNING THENCE 49 degrees 14 minutes 20 seconds West 215,26 feet to the northeasterly
side of Plum Island Lane;
RUNNING THENCE Northwesterly along the n.wthec.sterly side of Plum Isla..d j~ane, along
the arc of a curve which bears to the left whose radius is 110.00 feet a distance of
103,]1 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
SUBJECT TO covenantsl conditions easements: etc. of record.
BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises conveyed to the part of the first part
by deed dated October 25, 2001, recorded November 8. 2001 in Liber 12152 page 9.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all
the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of
the second part forever.
AND tile party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the
first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration
as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same
first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other
purpose. The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" when ever the sense of this indenture so
requires.
