Waters Lane from the comer formed by the intersection of the easterly side of Plum Island Lane and the
southerly side of Park View Lane;
RUNNING THENCE nonheasterly and nonherly along the southeasterly and easterly side ofThrce Waters
Lane the following two (2) courses and distances:
I. Along an arc of a curve bearing to the left having a radius of 1 10.00 feet, a distance of 75.80 feet; and
2. North 01 degree 02 minutes 20 seconds East, 24.20 feet:
THENCE South 88 degrees 57 minutes 40 seconds Easl, 129.85 feet;

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, ifany, of the pany of the first pan in and to any streelS and roads

TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and righlS of the pany of the first pan in and 10 said

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granled unto the party of the second part. the heirs or

AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or sulTered anything

AND THE party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the
first part will receive the consideration lor this conveyance and will hold the righllo receive such consideration
as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the eosl of the improvement. and will apply the same
