County in Liber 16838 of Mortgages at page 443, thereafter assigned
to OCI Mortgage which assignment was recorded on July 18, 1996 in
the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County in Liber 19087 of
Mortgages at page 12, thereafter assigned to Girard Savings Bank,
FSB to be recorded in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County,
simultaneously herewith, thereafter assigned to WMFC 1997-4 Inc.,
which assignment was recorded on August 21, 1998 in the office of
the Clerk of Suffolk County in Liber 19385 of Mortgages at page
459, and further assigned to WMFC 1997-4 Properties, Inc. which
assignment will be recorded simultaneously herewith, in pursuance
of a Judgment entered at an IAS Term, Part VII of the Supreme Court
of the State of New York, County of Suffolk, on June 9, 1999, and
in consideration of TWO HUNDRED FORTY THOUSAND 00/100---
($240,OOO.00)---Dollars paid by RONALD GEORGE MASSAB, Grantee,
being the highest sum bid at the sale under said Judgment, does
hereby grant and convey unto the grantee,
All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and
being at Mattituck, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk,
State of New York, and more particularly described on Schedule "A"
annexed hereto,
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the Grantee,
RONALD GEORGE MASSAB and assigns forever.
Whenever the text herE~of requires, the singular number as used
herein shall include the plural and all genders.
