Intersects the Easterly side of Crown Land Lane;
THENCE from said point of BEGINNING along the Easterly side of
Crown Land Lane the following two courses and distances:
1. North 52 degrees 51 minutes 40 seconds West 74.59 feet;
2. North 47 degrees 26 minutes 10 seconds West 101.25 feet to a point;
THENCE along the division line between Lot 10 and 9 North 42 degrees
33 minutes 50 seconds East 238.15 feet to a point;
THENCE along land now or formerly of Map of Highland Estates South
48 degrees 12 minutes 20 seconds East 175.89 feet to a point;
