AND TO tIOLD the prentises herein granted unto thc party of thc second part, thc heirs or successors and
assigns of the party of thc sccond part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants th:(t the party of the first pan has not done or sutli:red anything
whereby the said premises have beez~ encumbered in any way whatever, except as albresaid.
AND the party of the first pan, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first pan will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such
