WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of

paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and beingJiftiblx at Cutchogue in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, known and designated as Lot 9 as shown on a certain map entitled,"Map of
Oregon View Estates" and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on
April 4, 1975 as Map #6241, which said lot is more particularly bounded asd described
according to said map as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northwesterly side of Old Saddle Lane distant the following 4 course,
and distances from the extreme Easterly end of the curve connecting the Westerly side
of Old Saddle Lane with the Southeasterly side of Gold Spur Street:
1) South 30 degrees 17 minutes 25 seconds East 50 feet;
2) Southerly along an arc of a curve bearing to the right having a radius of 153.95
feet and a lengt~ of 212.55 feet;
3) South 11 degrees 12 minutes 35 seconds West 64.39 feet;
4) Southerly along an arc of a curve bearing to the right having a radius of 299.36
feet and a lenght of 59.05 feet to the point of beginning;
RUNNING THENCE Southerly along the Westerly side of Old Saddle Lane along an arc of a
curve bearing to the right having a radius of 299.36 feet and a leng*~ of 120 feet.
THENCE South 45 degrees 28 minutes 45 seconds West along the Northwesterly side of aI,
Saddle Lane 77.48 feet;
THENCE Southwesterly along the Northwesterly side of Old Saddle Lane along an arc of
curve bearing to the left having a radius of 1725.10 feet and a lengid> of 34.45 feet;
THENCE North 45 degrees 39 minutes 55 seconds West 187.35 feet;
THENCE North 45 degrees 28 minutes 45 seconds East 217.22 feet;
THENCE North 49 degrees 51 minutes 55 seconds West 163.95 feet to the point or place
BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by
deed dated April 18, 1988 and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the'County of Suffo
on April 27, 1988, under Liber 10590 of deeds at page 33.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all
.the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of
the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the
first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration
as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same
first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other
purpose. The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" when ever the sense of this indenture so
requires.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has duly executed this deed the day and year first above
written.
