TillS INDENTURE, made December 5, 2002, among MARK R. JARREI.L AND
DARLENE C. JARRELL, His Wile, having an address at 36 Brixton Road, Garden City, New
York II 530 (he~inaftcr referred to as "Grantor"), and RICHARD SCHETMAN AND CAROL
KIM SCHETMAN, His Wife, having an address at 160 Henry Street, Apt. 9A, Brooklyn, New
York 11201; (hereinafter referred to as "Grantee").
WITNESSETH, that Grantor, in consideration of TEN AND 00/100 (510.00)
DOLLARS I!Ild other valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
acknowledged, does hereby grant and release unto Grantee and the hcirs, executors, administrators,
legal representatives, successors and assigns of Grantee forever,

New York, being more particularly described in Exhibit "A"

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of
Grantor in and to any streets and roads a bUlling. the above
described premises to the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with thc appurtenances and all the estate and
rights of Grantor in and to said premises,
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to
Grantor by decd from Martin J. Bancroft. Jr., dilled September
I, 1994 and recorded on May 5, 1995 in Liber I ] 724, Cp 305,
in the office of the Suffolk County Clerk.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto Grantee and the heirs,
executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors and assigns of Grantee forever.
