party of the second part.
WITNESSETH, that the pony o£ the first pan, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable
consideration paid by the party of the sucond part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second
pan, the heirs or successors and assigns of the pony of the second pan forever.
ALL that cannin plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate.
lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York bounded and described

the Westerly side of Anchor Lane as said Drive and Lane are shown and laid out on a certain map entitled,
"Map of Harbor Lights Estates, Section One, Suffolk County, File No. 4362," said distance being measured
on a bearing South 2:5 degrees 54 minutes 50 seconds west:

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party, ortho first pan by deed dated
December 13. 1968 and recorded December 27. 1968 in Libor 6480 and Page 113.
Premises are commonly known as 840 Windjammer Drive, Southold, New York 11971.
TOG ETH ER with all right, title and interest, i fany, of the party ortho first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof: TOGETHER with the appurtenances and
all Ihe estate and rights ofthe party of the first part in and to said premises; TO ilAVE AND TO HOLD the
premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the he*rs or successors and assigns of the party of
the second pan forever.
AND the pony of the first pan covenants that the pony of the first pan has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party ortho firsl pan, in compliance with Section 13 ofthe I.ien Law, covenants that Ihe party of the
first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration
as a frost fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost ofthe improvement and will apply the same
first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the tolal of the same for any other
purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if il read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
