Being the same premises heretofore conveyed to the party of
the first part by deed from Joseph Hoyt Stern dated
December 20, 1968 and recorded on January 2 , 1969 in the
Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County in Liber 6482 cp. 297.
As part of the consideration for this conveyance the parties
of-the second part hereby assume and covenant to pay that
certain mortgage dated August 21, 1971 made by the party of
the first part, as mortgagor to Southold Savings Bank, as
mortgagee, and recorded on August 27 , 1971 in the office of
the Clerk of Suffolk County in Liber 6,126 mp. 228, on which
mortgage there is now outstanding the principal sum of
$42,411.17 with interest thereon at the rate of 7-1/28 per
annum from April 21, 1975.
