ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Nassau Point or Little Hog Neck, Town
of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as Lot Numbers 324 and 325 on
a certain map entitled, "Amended Map A of Nassau Point, owned by Nassau Point Club Properties, Inc., situate
in Town of Southold, Long Island, New York" and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on
August 16, 1922 as Map No. 156, said lots when taken together are more particularly bounded and described
as foilows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Vanston Road where same is intersected by the division line
between Lots 325 and 326 on said map;
RUNNING THENCE along said division line and the division line between Lots 325 and 326A on said map, North
19 degrees 53 minutes 30 seconds East, 209.42 feet to the southerly side of Meadow Beach Lane;
RUNNING THENCE alon9 the southerly side of Meadow Beach Lane the foilowing three (3) tie line courses and
