Dorman, a/kla Barbara Bradv Dorman, et al., Suffolk County Index No. 82-13483, and a recorded judgment in the said action, that the said .Stipulation" and judgment are binding upon the grantors under this deed (i.e" the above-named parties of the first part), and that the said grantors hold the said premises subject to the terms, provisions, covenants, and restrictions contained in the said "Stipulation" and judgment, which are binding upon the said grantors and the said grantors' heirs, distributees, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns. . TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, iT any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever. , . I and 2, part of "Munn Lake Park," part of"Munn Lake," a portion of the "Beach Reservation" area, a . small triangular parcel ofland bounded on the north by "North Lane" and on the south and east by "The Circle," and portions of''North Lane," "Munn Lane," and "The Circle," as shown on a certain map entitled "Map of Bungalow Sites - Mantaloking Hills," filed in the Office ofthe Clerk of Suffolk County on September 19, 1908 as Map No. 620, which, when taken together, are more particularly bounded and described as follows BEGINNING at a monument set in the easterly line ofthe above-mentioned map at the northeasterly corner of the premises about to be described, said point also being the southeast corner ofland now or formerly of Dorman; and running thence, from said point or place of beginning, along land now or formerly of the Dyer Estate, the following two courses and distances: 't I.
