Project Description: Remove and replace existing cedar siding on an existing
88 square foot bath house, to reconstruct in place an existing 4'3"x3' frame stair
utilizing ACO stringers and "timber tek" decking, to remove existing 88 square
foot upper CCA deck and reconstruct existing lower CCA decks (124 square feet
and 175 square feet) utilizing "timber tek" decking, framing to remain, to remove
and replace (2) windows and one door, and for the existing split-rail fence along
both property lines.
Findings: The project meets all the requirements for issuance of an
Administrative Permit set forth in Chapter 275 of the South old Town Code. The
issuance of an Administrative Permit allows for the operations as indicated on the
site plan prepared by Charles M. Thomas, Architect, last dated May 2008, and
received on June 25, 2008.
Special Conditions: 3/8" Spacing between all decking. In the bath house there
will be no expansion to the existing water usage, no toilet, no sink, and the
existing shower has only cold water.
Inspections: Final inspection.
If the proposed activities do not meet the requirements for issuance of an
Administrative Permit set forth in Chapter 275 of the South old Town Code, a
Wetland Permit will be required.
This is not a determination from any other agency.
