Findings: The project meets all the requirements for issuance of an Administrative Permit set forth in Chapter 275 of the South old Town Code. The issuance of an Administrative Permit allows for the operations as indicated on the site plan prepared by Charles M. Thomas, Architect, last dated May 2008, and received on June 25, 2008. Special Conditions: 3/8" Spacing between all decking. In the bath house there will be no expansion to the existing water usage, no toilet, no sink, and the existing shower has only cold water. Inspections: Final inspection. If the proposed activities do not meet the requirements for issuance of an Administrative Permit set forth in Chapter 275 of the South old Town Code, a Wetland Permit will be required.
