THIS INDENTURE, made the /~ day of June, 2008
BETWEEN
ANTHONY BOLLETINO, es surviving joint tenant of Rosemary Bolletino, deceased, residing Bt
2505 Anthem Village Drive, STE-E-605, Henderson, NV 89052, party of the first part, and
ANTHONY BOLLETINO, as Trustee of THE ANTHONY BOLLETINO FAMILY TRUST of 2007,
residing at 2505 Anthem Village Drive, STE-E-605, Henderson, NV 89052, party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten and 00/100--($10.00)--dollars,
and other good and valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant
and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the
second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at East Marion, Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as Lot No. 3 (lying on the
north and south side of Main Road), as shown on a certain map entitled, "Map of Brionngloid-By-The
Sea', filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on August 22, 1978, as Map No. 6711.
Subject to covenants, easements and restrictions of record, if any.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed
dated January 22, 1985 and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on February
1, 1985 in Liber 9727 at Page 463.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and marls
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all
the estate and dghts of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
}remises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of
the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the
first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the dght to receive such consideration
as a trust fond to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same
first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other
purpose. The word 'party' shall be construed as if it read 'parties' when ever the sense of this indenture so
requires.
