Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and
designated as Lot Number 29 on a certain Map entitled, "Subdivision Map.
Section One of Property of George I. Tuthill and others, situate at Laurel, Town
of Southold, Suffolk County, New York", surveyed March 28th, 1928 by OUo W,
Van Tuyl, Greenport, NY, Surveyor, and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's

BEGINNING at a stake set in the southwesterly side of Bray Avenue distant the

or place of beginning;
