Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as

BEGINNING at the point of intersection ofthe northerly line ofland ofthe Long
Island Railroad Company and the west line of land of Arnold Urist;
THENCE North 49 degrees 14 minutes 40 seconds West 135.25 feet to a monument;
THENCE North 67 degrees 00 minutes 40 seconds West 65.14 feet along lands of
