350 feet, more or less, to a stake set on said southerly line of
Mason Drivel thence along said southerly line of Mason Drive, North
72 degrees 24 minutes 30 seconds East 75.34 feet to the point of

Mason by otto W. Van Tuyl April 15, 194B, plot Plan January 6, 1950.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the said
William H. Mason and Harry E. Mason in and to Mason Drive adjacent
to said premises to the center line thereof.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the said
william H. Mason and Harry E. Mason in and to land below high water
mark and under the waters of Haywaters adjacent to said premises.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises described in a
certain deed to Edwin A. Smith (now deceased) and Johanna A. Smith,
his wife dated July 29, 1953 and recorded in the Suffolk County
Clerk'S Office on August 10, 1953 in Liber 3560 of Deeds, at Page
137. The said Edwin A. Smith having died on January 8, 1981.
