THIS INDENTURE, made the day of April, 2000 ,~

Massachusetts, 02332, as surviving Co-Trustee with Barbara Moore Haines
(deceased 517195 a resident of Suffolk County) of the Trust Under Agreement of
Barbara Moore Haines dated 3/16/91

02332, and ELIOT D. EVANS, residing at 3092 Woods Cove Lane, Woodbridge,
Virginia, 22192-1136, as Tenants in Common each to the extent of a fifty percent
(50%) interest
party of second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate lying
and being in the '
Village of Cutchogue, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York
being more particul!uly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly line of Linden Avenue, 695.55 feet southerly thereon from
the intersection of the said easterly line of Linden Avenue with the southerly line of Main Road;
THENCE running from said point of beginning South 84 degrees 34 minutes 10 seconds East
181.71 feet along land which was conveyed to the North Fork Country Club;
THENCE South 00 degrees 59 minutes 00 seconds West 488 feet still along land conveyed to the
North Fork Country Club;
RUNNING THENCE South 81 degrees 07 minutes 10 seconds East 144.50 feet still along land
conveyed to the North Fork Country Club;
RUNNING THENCE South 11 degrees 45 minutes 10 seconds West 313.20 feet;
RUNNING THENCE North 84 degrees 04 minutes 50 seconds West 68.2 feet;
RUNNING THENCE South 21 degrees 03 minutes 10 seconds West 590.10 feet;
RUNNING THENCE North 88 degrees 52 minutes 40 seconds West 102.71 feet to the said
easterly line of Linden Avenue;
RUNNING THENCE along the said easterly line of the Linden Avenue North 05 degrees 25
minutes 50 seconds East 1372.45 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as conveyed to the grantor by deed recorded
in Liber 11504 page 220.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the
estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises
herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part
forever. - "
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been e~cumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first
part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a
trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to
the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as ifit read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires,
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has duly executed this deed the day and year first above
written.
