westerly from the corner formed by the intersection of the westerly side of Bray
Avenue with the northerly side of Fourth Street;
RUNNING THENCE South 69 d,egrees 13 minutes 10 Seconds west along the northerly side
of Fourth Street, 120.24 feet;
THENCE North 19 degrees 52 minutes 20 seconds west 150.02 feet;
THENCE North 69 degrees 13 minutes 10 seconds East 117.87 feet;
THENCE South 20 degrees 4,6 minutes 50 seconds East 150 feet to the northerly side
of Fourth Street, the point or place of BEGINNING.
