Stype a/ida Sophie K. Stype, deceased, who died a resident of Suffolk County on April 17, 2007,
and whose will was admitted to probate by the Suffolk County Surrogate's Court under File
#1025P2007, residing at 485 East Road, Cutchogue, party of the first part, and
JANE G, HAAS, residing at 1870 Ole Jule Lane, Mattituck, New York, party of the second part.
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of THREE HUNDRED FORTY-
FOUR THOUSAND AND 00/100 ....... ($344,000.00) ............. Dollars, and other good and
valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the
party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
