WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of thc second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and intproventents thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises described in the deed of the parties of the first part herein
by deed from HENRY E. RAYNOR, JR., dated ! 1112185, recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on
12113185, in Liber 9935, Page 242.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances, and also
all thc estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises~ TO HAVE AND TO IIOLD the
prentises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the
second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything

AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the
first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land situate, lying and being at Cutchogue,
Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as
Lot #4 on a certain map entitled, "Map of Syloret Estates" filed in the Office of the
Suffolk County Clerk on June 8, 1976 as Map No. 6390, being more particularly
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Bridge Lane distant 1986.66 feet from
the extreme northwesterly point of the arc of a curve that connects the westerly side of
Bridge Lane and the northwesterly side of Middle Road; being the division line
between Lots 4 and 5 as shown on the said map;
THENCE along thc last mentioned division line, South 53 degrees 43' 20" West
289.29 feet to a point;
THENCE North 46 degrees 23' 20" West 140.00 feet to the division line between Lots
3 and 4 as shown on the said map;
THENCE along the last mentioned division line, North 51 degrees 41' 30" East (51
degrees 41' 20" East on Filed Map) 288.94 feet to the westerly side of Bridge Lane:
THENCE along thc westerly side of Bridge Lane, South 45 degrees31' 30" East
150.00 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
