THIS INDENTURE. made as of the ~ day of February, 2006, between Marguerite H.
Purnell, residing at (no number) Piping Rock Road, Locust Vlllley, New York 11560, as
surviving truslc:e under indenture of Marguerite H. Purnell dated Muy 15, 1997, party of the. Iil'llt
part. and Marguerite W. Purnell, residing lit 5 Old Litchfield Road, Washington, CT 06793, the
pIIrty of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that
WHEREAS, by trust indenture dated May 15, 1997, Marguerite H. Purnell crelllcd a trust
and conveyed to herself and Richard I. Purnell, lIS co-trustees, a 50% interest in the within
described real property. IInd
WHEREAS, pursuant to the said trust indenture, the trustlcrminated on May 15,2005
whereupon the entire interest in the property held by the trust is distributable to Marguerite W.
Purnell. and
WHEREAS. Richard I. Purnell died on October 21,2003 and Marguerite H. Purnell is
the sole surviving trustee of the said trust,
NOW, THEReFORE, in consideration of the premises and of ten dollars and other
valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part, the party of the Iirst part docs hereby
grant and release unto the party of the second purt, the distributccs or successors and lISSigns of
the party of the second purt forever,
