Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New York, known and described ns Lot
No. 5 on a certain map entitled "Map of'Greenbrier Acres at Mattituck" filed in the
Office of the Clerk or'the County of Suffolk on October 7, 1977, ns Map No. 6609.
Being more particularly bounded and described ns follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Elijnks Lane distant 713.40 feet northerly
from the comer formed by the intersection or'the easterly side of Elijahs Lane and the
northerly side or' Main Road;
RUNNING THENCE North 25 degrees I 1 minutes 20 seconds West along the easterly
side of Elijabs Lane, 162.60 feet to the extreme southerly end or'the nrc ora curve
