Naugles to John Troyan; RUNNING THENCE along said easterly line of land of John Troyan, north 21 degrees 33 minutes west 200 feet; more or less, and passing through a concrete monument near the shore of Mattituck Inlet, to said Mattituck Inlet; THENCE easterly along said Mattituck Inlet 100 feet more or leas, to land heretofore conveyed by Stanley I. Lizza dated August 17, 1970, recorded August 18, 1970 in Liber 6792 of deeds at page 249. Th~ said Philomena Lizza died September 25, 1990 a resident of Nassau County, New York. TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the above named decedent at the time of her death, in and to any strips and gores between the above described parcel and adjoining owners. TOGETHER with all right, title and interest of the above named decedent at the time of her death in and to all streets, lanes, roads and rights of way traversing or adjoining the premises herein above described, and the ponds, marshes, rivers, lakes, creeks, waters, and lands under water located in, uDon or adjoining the above described premises, and all littoral, riparian and shore rights in any wise pertaining or belonging thereto.
