BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same promises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed dated June 4, 1981
end recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on June 11, 1981 In Liber 9018 at Page 348.
TOGETHER with ell right, title and interost, ff any, of the partyof the first part in and te any stroets and roads abutting the
above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights
of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises heroin granted unto the
party of the second part, the heirs or successom and assigns of the party of the second part forever.

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the
Town of Sonthold at Cutchogue, County of Suffolk and State of New York, being
known as part of Lot 19 and all of Lot 20 on a certain map entitled, "Subdivision IVlap
of Ismar Acres" which map was fdcd in thc Office of the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk on 3/! 3/73 as map no. 5572 being more particularly bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument set on the northeasterly side of Bridge
Lane, said point being distant 612.13 feet northwesterly as meesured along thc
northeasterly side of Bridge Lane from thc point of intersection of the northwesterly
side of land of LIRR with the northeasterly side of Bridge Lane, and from said point
of beginning:
THENCE along the northeasterly side of Bridge Lane, the following courses
and distances:
