O BEGINNING at a monument on the southerly side of Equestrian Avenue,
• at the Northeast corner of premises herein described, said monument
being located 1990.53 feet North of a point which is 2607.42 feet west i

running thence from said point of beginning, South 80 55 ' 10" East 117.38
feet to land now or formerly of Rev. John Grigonis, et at; thence along
said last mentioned land, S 680 35 ' West 29. 16 feet ; thence North 320
53 ' 40" West and part of the way along land of Rev. John Grigonis et
