A certain tract or parcel of land with the building thereon,
located at Fishers Island, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument at the most Southerly corner of the
heeein described parcel, said monument being located 1530.47 feet
North of a point which is 5246.81 feet West of a monument marking
the United States Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station
"PROS" and thence running along the westerly and Northwesterly
line of a driveway on the following six courses and distances:
