BEGINNING at an iron pipe on the southwesterly side of Reservoir Road where the
same is intersected by the division line between land now or formerly of Gada Family
Partnership and the hereinafter described premises, said point of beginning also being
located north 649.88 feet West 5622.83 feet from a monument marking the United
States Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station .PROS";
RUNNING THENSE from said point of beginning along the southwesterly side of
Reservoir Road, the following two (2) courses and distances:
1) South 59 degrees 13 minutes 00 seconds East, 176.00 feet to a point;
2) South 46 degrees 16 minutes 00 seconds East, 10.03 feet to a point;
