RUNNING THENCE North 44 degrees 16 minutes 46 seconds East. 89.87 feet to a
monument;
THENCE No.1h 51 degrees 07 minutes 00 seconds East, 25.09 feet to a monument;
THENCE North 80 degrees 55 minutes 00 seconds East, 258.35 feet to a point at the
shore of little, Hay Harbor, the last three lines abutting southeasterly on land formerly of
Anne Hyde Patterson;
THENCE in al northeasterly direction. following the shore at high water taking in all that
portion of land which was formerly an island, which is now cClnnected with the mainland
by a narrow neck of land, around said former island and then in a southerly direction a
total of 1490 feet, more or less, to a point at land formerly of A. John Gada;
THENCE South 08 degrees 38 minutes 20 seconds East, 172 feet, more or less, to a point;
