BEGINNING at a drill hole in the walk located northerly of Whistler Avenue, said point
being 56.21 feet north of a point which is 4936.01 feet west of a monument marking the
United States Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station .PROS.;
RUNNING THENCE South 670 13' 00. West, 116.00 feet;
THENCE North 220 47' 00" West, 222.55 feet to a point;
THENCE North 620 21' 00': East, 116.50 feet to a point;
THENCE South 220 47' 00. East, 232.42 feet to the point of the BEGINNING.
