WHEREAS,the Town and the CSEA are parties to a collective bargaining agreement covering the period of January 1, 2008 through December 31,2010; and WHEREAS,the parties have determined that it is in their mutual best interests to modify certain specified salary schedules set forth in the collective bargaining agreement. NOW,THEREFORE,it is hereby agreed by and between the parties as follows: 1. Nothing contained herein shall obligate either party to enter into any similar agreements in the future. 4. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Town and the CSEA regarding its subject matter. No other promises have been made. This Agreement may not be modified except by a written agreement between the parties. 5. This Agreement represents the totality of the parties' obligation,if any,to negotiate over their decision,and/or impact of their decision,to modify the salaries as set forth herein. 6. All aspects and provisions of this Agreement are subject to ratification by the CSEA membership and ratification and approval by the Town Board at its next regularly scheduled meeting following notification from CSEA that its membership has fully and completely ratified the terms of this Agreement.
