TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the Ilrst part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof: TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all
the estate and rights of the party of the Ilrst part In and to said premises: TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises
herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second
part forever.

Survey Triangulation Station "NIN"; and ~
R:UNNING THENCE South 1:~ degrees 53 minutes 50 seconds East, 213.72 feet to an iron
pipe;
THENCE South 29 degrees 11 minutes 50 secori'ds East, 132.64 feet to an iron pipe;
THENCE North 72 degrees 03 minutes 00 seconds West, 410.39 feet to an iron pipe;
THENCE North 26 degrees 48 minutes 30 seconds East, 197.12 feet to an iron pipe on
the southerly line of said road at a point of curve to the left having a radius of 163.79 feet
