It being the intention of the Grantor by so doing to convey an absolute Ten (10%) percent interest in said parcel by this deed, retaining to Eliot Hale Porter, 2nd and Shawlmut Bank of Connecticut,N.A. as Cotrustees of the Eliot Hale Porter, 2nd Revocable Trust a Fourteen (14%) percent absolute interest in the fee thereof. Being a portion of the Grantors' interest in the same premises conveyed to the Grantors by Quitclaim Deed of Eliot Hale Porter, 2nd a/k/a Eliot H.
