All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being on Fishers Island, In the Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk end State of New York, bounded end described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a monument on the southwesterly line of Hedge Street said monument being 2,369.27 feet
north and 506.10 feet west of the United States Coast and Geodetic Triangulation Station .PROS., said
monument being where the lIOutheasteriy line of land now or formerly of Gada Intersects the southweSteriy
line of Hedge Street;
RUNNING THENCE along the southwesteriy and westerly line of Heelge Street the following two (2) courses
and distances:
1. south 30 degrees 58 minutes 2.0 seconds eest, 118.90 feet;
2. south 01 degree 27 minutes 10 seconds west, 68.10 feet to the northwesterly line of land now or formerty
of Toglla;
RUNNING THENCE along the northwesterly and northeasteriy line of the last mentioned land the following two
(2) courses end distances:
1. south 40 degrees 02 minutes 20 seconds west, 172.28 feet;
2. north 59 degrees 53 minutes 00 seconds 'West, 149.64 teet to a fence post and the southeasterly tennlnus
of Road to Montauk Avenue;
RUNNING THENCE north 38 degrees 34 minutes 10 seconds east partly along the last mentioned line and
