PARSONS, having an address of 63 Chapin Road, Barrington, Rhode Island, collectively, party of the first part, and ROBERT W. PARSONS, an individual having an address of 90 Congdon Street, Providence, Rhode Island 02906 ("R. Parsons"), MARJORIE M.
