with each party of the second part owning an undivided 20% interest in the Premises.
TOGETHER with all right. title and interest. ifany, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abu~:ing the above described premises 10 the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all
the estate and rights of the party of the 1irst part in and to said Premises; TO HA VE AND TO HOLD the
premises herein granted unto the party oflhe second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the

boulder;
THENCE North 31 degrees 53 minutes 00 seconds East 14.91 feet to a drill hole in a
boulder;

sea wall at the shore of West Harbor:
