lhe Surrogate'sCoun, Suffolk Counly, New York, on May 31,2002 in File No. 215 A 2002, and
by virtue of lhe power and authority given in said Letters of Administration and the Estates,
Powers and Trusts Law and in consideration ofTEN AND NO/I 00 ($10.00) DOLLARS paid by

erected, situate, lying and being at Fishers Island, Town ofSouthold, County of Suffolk and Slate
of New York, more specifically bounded and desaibed as follows:

BEGINNING at a drill hole in a rock on the shore of West Harbor, said point being
1626.53 feet nonh of a. point which is 108.42 feet East ofa monument maricill8 the U.S.
Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station "PROS" and thence mnnill8 South 12
degrces42 minutes West 101.9 feet; thence South 83 degrees 11 minutes East 58.0 feet
10 a spike; thence North 34 degrees 34 minutes East 75.0 feet to the shore of said
Harbor; thence Northwesterly along said shore line about 80 feet to the point of
beginning, containing O. 14 acres, more or less.
TOGETHER with a right of way over the existing roadway leading Northerly and
Northwesterly from the GIoamill8 to the above desaibed tnICl.
SUBJECT TO covenants and restrictions of record.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same and aD the same premises conveyed by
Edmund Hedge to Edmund C. Hedge and Margaret Hedge, his wife, by deed dated
December 20, 1983 and recorded Mardi 5, 1984 in Liber 9522, Page 311 in the Office
of the Suffolk County Clerk. the aforesaid Margaret Hedge having deceased intestate at
New London, Connecti<:ut on October I, 1998 and duly administered in the SuIfolk.
County Surrogate's Court in File No. 676 S 1998; and being the same premises
previously conveyed by Fishers Island Fanns, Inc. to Edmund Hedge and Bertha Hedge.

his wife, by deed dated January Ill, 1955 and recorded February 7, 1955 in Liber 3835,
Page 118 in the Office of me Suffolk County CJerk, the aforesaid Edmund Hedge having
deeellsed at Norwich. Connecticut on September 27, 1975, and the aforesaid Bertha
Hedge having deeellsed intestate at New London. Connecticut on November 27, 1983,
leaving as her sole sulViving heir and diSlributee her son Edmund C. Hedge.
TOGETHER with the right, title and interest, if any of the party of the first part in and to any
streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof:
TOGETHER with the appurtelllllleeS, and also all Ihe estate wbich the said decedent had at the
time of decedent's death in said premises. and also the estale therein, which the party of the first
part has or has power 10 convey or dispose of:
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD lhe premiaca hen:in granted unto the party of the second part, the
distributees or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party oflhe first part has not done or sulfercd
anything wbereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, exeepl as
aforesaid.
The word ~party" shall be construed as if to read "parties" whenever thesense of this indenture so
requires.
