ALL that lot or parcel of land in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, State of New York,
being a part of that portion of Fishers Island formerly belonging to Fishers Island Corporation
(which portion Is hereinafter called the "Park") lying Easterly of the following line, vlz.;
BEGINNING at the Southeasterly corner of land owned by the United States, known as the
Fort H. G. Wright Military Reservation, Mount Prospect Tract, on the shore of Block Island
Sound or the Atlantic Ocean and running thence Northerly following the East boundary of the
said land of the United States to the Southerly line of East End Road (sometimes called
Oriental Avenue) and which point is the Northeasterly comer of land of the United States,
thence crossing the East End Road and following the same course as the last to the shore of
West Harbor or Fishers Island Sound;
Said lots or parcels of land being bounded and described as follows;
Homesite No.1:
BEGINNING at a stone monument set on the Easterly side of a road forty feet wide, said
monument being forty-seven hundred and fifty-six and ninety-four hundredths feet North of a
point which is one hundred and seventy-two and nine hundredths feet West of another
monument marking the U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey Trlangulatlon Station "Nln" (which
said "Nln" monument Is located near the Western end of a rldge overlooking the South shore
of Fishers Island and on the highest point between Chocomount and Mount Prospect and lies
South forty-flve degrees seventeen minutes and twenty-six seconds East of North Dumpling
Ught in Ashers Island Sound);
RUNNING THENCE North twenty-nine degrees three minutes and forty seconds East one
hundred and seventy and flve hundredths feet to a stake;
RUNNING THENCE North forty-one degrees and four minutes East ninety-three and "eighty-
nine hundredths feet to a stake;
RUNNING THENCE North eighty-five degrees fifty-one minutes and thirty seconds East one
hundred and twenty-two and forty-six hundredths feet to a stake;
RUNNING THENCE South twenty degrees twenty-seven minutes and forty seconds East two
hundred and forty feet to a stake;
RUNNING THENCE South seventy-two degrees filly-seven minutes and twenty-one seconds
West three hundred and twenty-four and forty-slx hundredths feet to a stake set on the
Easterly side of said road;
RUNNING THENCE Northwestwardly along the Easterly side of said road (following the arc of a
curve to the left whose radius Is seven hundred and eighty-three and eleven-hundredths feet
and the direction of whose radius at that point Is South seventy degrees two minutes and fifty
seconds West) one hundred and five-hundredths feet to the place of beginning.

arc of said curve) one hundred and seventeen and fifty-six hundredths feet to a stake;
RUNNING THENCE stili along the Northerly side of said road, North nineteen degrees flfty-
seven minutes and ten seconds west one hundred and twenty-three and four hundredths feet
to a stake;
RUNNING THENCE North seventy-two degrees lifty-seven minutes and twenty-one seconds
East three hundred and twenty-four and forty-six hundredths feet to a stake; . .
RUNNING THENCE South twenty degrees twenty-seven minutes and forty seconds East one
hundred and two and fifteen-hundredths teet to a stake marking a point of curve to the right
whose radius Is one hundred and eleven and twenty-eight hundredths feet and the direction of
whose radius at that point Is South sixty-nine degrees thirty-two minutes and twenty seconds

RUNNING THENCE Southwesterly along said curve one-hundred and twenty-four and ninety-
