In my professional opinion, I have fomtd, to sty satisfactory, no conditions which would indicate that the insulation was ever wet. Also, during the insper,-tion I observed that multiple window headers were upgraded from (2) 2"X4" headers to (2) 2"X6" headers. They are structurally sufficient. In reference to the `Ynished " recreation room located in the cellar, heat and iosrilation will need to be provided at the perimeter walls. The contractor shall utilize a rigid insulated sheathing, which will be fastened directly to the stud walls. The insulating sheathing sbaIl have a minimum R-vahre of R-13.
