ALL that certain plot, place or parcel of land, with the buildings and Improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the
Town of Southold,County of Suffolk and State of New York,as more particularly set forth on Schedule'A"
attached hereto and made a part thereof.
This correction deed corrects deed dated August 21, 1998 recorded in Liber 11795 at Page 322 on October 2.
1998,specifically Schedule A attached thereto. The premises intended to be conveyed thereby were the /
same as those shown as Percept(but not Parcel 11)conveyed to Harold L.Williamson,Jr.and Jacqueline L. V/
Williamson by deed of Elizabeth L.Reid dated September 20, 1972 and recorded in Liber 7248 at Page 357.
Sold premises were subsequently conveyed by deed of Jacqueline L.Williamson to Harold L.Williamson,Jr.,
dated July 20, 1982 and recorded in Liber 9222 at Page 339. Said Parcel II is specifically not included in the
premises intended to be conveyed and Is excluded from such conveyance.
TOGETHER with all right,title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part, in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances, and
also all the estate which the said decedent had at the time of decedent's death in said premises,and also the
estate therein, which the party of the first part has or has power to convey or dispose of,whether individually.
or by virtue of said will or otherwise; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of
the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever,except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,covenants that the party of the
first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration
as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same
first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other
purpose. The word 'party' shall be construed as If it read 'parties' whenever the sense of this indenture so
requires.

U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station "NIN"

and on the highest point between Chocomount and Mount Pros-

and twenty-six seconds East• of North Dumpling light in
Fishers Island Sound) ; and running thence Northwestwardly
along the Northeasterly side of said road (following the
arc of a curve to the left• whose radius is seven hundred
and fifty-eight• and Lhirty-one hundredths feet and the
direction of whose radius at that• point is South thirty-three
degrees fifty-nine minutes and tan seconds West) one hundred
and two and six-hundredths feet to a stake;
THENCE Northwestwardly still along the Northeasterly side of
said road (arid following the arc of a curve to the left whose
radius is five hundred and sixty-seven and forty-hundredths
feet and the direction of whose radius aL- that point is South
