Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station "Chocomount 2" (which said "Chocomount 2" monument is locatcd
on the summit of the highest hill on Fishers Island, New York, about two and one-quarter miles West of the
easterly end of Fishers Island and lies South 79 degrees 29 minutcs 46 seconds East of North Dumpling Light
in Fishers Island Sound), and;
running thence South 20 degfCI~s 48 minutes 20 seconds West, 330.7] feet to a monument;
thence continuing South 20 degree; 48 minutes 20 seconds West, 30.09 feet to thc shorc of Middle Fanns
Pond;
thence with the meanders of said shore line, the following six (6) courses and distances:

(2) South 27 degrees 38 minutes 40 scconds East, 90.25 feet;
