BEGINNING at a stone rnonumnnt set 1374.48 feet East of a point which is 824.68 feet
North of another monument m~rklng the United States Coast and Geodetic Survey
Triangulation Station "CHOCOMOUNT 2" (which said "CHOCOMOUNT 2" monument is
loea'led on the summit of the highest hill of Fishers Island, New York about two and one-
quar1er miles West of the Eastem end of Fishers Island and lies South 79 degrees 29
minutes 46 seconds East of North Dumpling Ught in Fishers Island Sound);
RUNNING THENCE South 82 degrees 49 minutes 10 seconds East, 226.18 feet to a
memstone set on the westerly side of a road;
THENCE along the westerly sidE! of said road, South 17 degrees 54 minutes 50 seconds
West, 100.00 feet to an iron pipl~;
THENCE still along the westerly iside of said road, due South, 189.00 feet to a merestone;
THENCE North 75 degrees 56 minutes 20 seconds West, 229.86 feet to a point;
THENCE South 74 degrees 59 minutes 50 seconds West, 60.00 feet to an iron pipe;
