We are in receipt of an application, dated July 22, 2008, to add +/- 400 square foot "file
storage room" addition above a portion of this existing building, located at 22290 County
Road 48, in Cutchogue. Following my conversation with you and a complete review of
the project, it is this office's determination that the project does not require site plan
approval. No site plan approval currently exists for this property and the new construction
will not increase the intensity of use on the property, as it is for file storage only.
