BEGINNING at a monument set on the Southerly line ofCreseent Avenue, said monument
being located 5981.95 feet North of a point which is 2122.00 feet West of a monument
marking the U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station .PROS.; and
RUNNING THENCE along said Avenue line North 85 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds
West. 79.31 feet to a monument;
THENCE continuing along said Avenue line North 69 degrees 15 minutes 30 seconds
Wes;t, 188.78 feet through a monumenl to another monument at the northwesterly corner
of the parcel described herein;
THENCE South 06 degrees 15 minutes 30 seconds East, 319.99 feet to a monument;
THENCE North 89 degrees 48 minutes 20 seconds East ,141.31 feet to an iron pipe;
THENCE South 85 degrees 30 minutes 30 seconds East, 60.00 feet to a point;
THENCE North 04 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds East, 250.00 feet to the monument at
the point of beginning.
