RUNNING TRENCR South 69 deg. 22 min. Nest, 143.55 feet to land now or formerly of John
Rusing;
TRENCE North 20 deg. 29 min. Nest along said last mentioned land, 95 feet;
TRRNCR North 69 deg. 22 min. Rast, 143.27 feet to the westerly side of Sigsbee Road;
TRENCR South 20 deg. 38 min. East along the westerly side of Sigsbee Road, .95 feet to the
pornt or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETRER NITH the right, in common with others, to use the tract shown on said map as
Sigsbee Park for park purposes, under such conditions and restrictions as the Sigsbee Road Civic

BRING AND INTRNDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to Grantor by deed dated 6/3/98 and
