and State of New York, more specifically bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Southwesterty line of Mansion House Drive at the
Northeasterly comer of land now or formerly of Helen K. Stueber, said point being 4011.11
feet North of a point which is 1964.99 feet West of a monument marking the United States
Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station .PROS.; and
THENCE running along said rcJad line North 20 degrees 15 minutes 30 seconds West
170.71 feet;
THENCE South 62 degrees 55 minutes 00 seconds West 110.QO feet;
THENCE South 15 degrees 03 minutes 00 seconds West 117 .23 feet:
